  • that foundation matches u perfectly

  • loved the video

  • such a good turiorial.. i didnt no u needed so much stuff though

  • someone told me if you just spritz your face with water before applying the foundation, you wont have to blend it out as much later on.

  • THANK YOU! in this video you answer ALL my questrions tht i been asking for a very long time. my biggest problem is the discolorarion around my eyes. :D

  • You don't need it but you sure can work it girl! Thank you for this tutorial.

  • your video really helped me. i have been watching alot of makeup tutuorials because i am just starting to use makeup. i have the same problem as you do ( discoloration around the mouth area) and no other video showed how to fix it. thank you

  • do you know of a really great concealer that I can buy from department stores? Specifically Target? Thanks.

  • @TheMisfits75 You can get a great concealer in this very brand "iman" or in the black opal brand. The iman concealer is however kind of stiff / hard and takes time to blend well without wiping it away. on the other hand the black opal comes in about three different types of concealers and are very workable. hope this helps.

  • great video. you could use more concealer around your mouth though you still has discoloration on the sides of your mouth, i have the same problem

  • @242shayshay46 thanks. i hate using concealer around my mouth. it looks very cakey.

  • nice videos!

  • @makeupD0LL how did u pick ur color i think i may be like earth or clay ??????//////

  • Wow! I have exactly the same skin colour as you and I also have dark patches where you have them and seeing you do your foundation routine gave me all the info i needed to do it for myself! Thanks lovee :)

  • can u do an updated foundation routine xoxo

  • Your so beautiful, with or without makeup :)

  • No Harry Potter poster? They got 5 Oscar nominations you know.

  • that product works on oily skin as well i use it every day

  • I Have Eczema And Dry Skin Tooo...=(

Do You Recommend Any Creams, Moisturizers, Soap, Etc.

  • @AjaaBby for Eczema; you can use a list of things...a few things that i know of are. Curel for Eczema, Carmex to help with the dryness, Aquaphor, Cetaphil, and i would recommend you see a dermatologist, because everyone's skin is very different. but hopefully in the meantime you can try one of the products i listed, goodluck, and IMAN stick foudation appears to be very creamy in texture, try it out and see how you perfer it. -toodles!

  • really nice....not cakey or heavy...just light, natural and pretty! good job!

  • cute top where'd you get it?

  • Love your personality girl! Keep those reviews comin!

  • your gorgeous ;) do you have a tutorial for lips and eyebrows!?

  • I Subbed..very good video, you remind me of Meagan Good for some reason :)

  • u did an excellent job. I wear Mary Kay but it breaks my skin out. i always wanted IMAN but its always hard to find my foundation color. do you think u can look at one of my vids and tell me what color would fit me in foundation? i just want a flawless spotless look without blemishes showing through. i think maybe we are the same complexion

  • thnx so much yhu helped me alot .

  • I liked the twilight character behind you...

  • loved it

  • hey!! im mourning mac discontinuing their stick foundation lol and was wondering if you ever used it and how it comperes to iman?

  • Thanks for this tutorial...I am looking into buying the IMAN foundation. Btw, you are so gorgeous..you have a beautiful face structure even w/out the makeup.

  • i have eczema there also & it sux, so im gunna try that foundation. I'm 15 & im going to get my nose pierced, & i was wondering how you put on foundation when you first got urs pierced. thx :)

  • Someone Suggested milk of magnesia for the t zone area..she said it worked for her and I think you should try it my face is dry not oily so I don't need to use that

  • ok. thanks for the suggestion.

  • We have the same skin T zone, can you recommand someting I can get at a store to prime my face. We are the same earth color also. Also can you do a Newyears look? Can I just say I will be using this routine for newyears, thanks girl

  • the only primer i have used is the avon magix skin perfecter and i love it. and yes, i will be doing a new years look. =)

  • Thanks and can't wait.

  • I wish you lived in Buffalo, NY. You seem like you are a great person, with a great personality, kindness, fun and loving life, having a friend like you would be great, but I love your maku up, skin care, eyebrow, hair tutorials, all of it, u really touched my life, thank you

  • aww thank you! that really made me smile! =)

  • Try NC 55

  • NC55 is only available in certain types of foundations at MAC...not all of them.

  • I've been hearing a lot about Iman cosmetics and I think I may try it out. We wear the same color and I have the same issue with MAC. My undertones are yellow and it's hard to find a color dark enough to compliment my real color. Thanks for the video.

  • no problem! and yeah if you have the sames issues with finding the right undertone...definitely try Iman.

  • NC is yellow undertone NW is red undertone (in M.A.C foundation

  • my skin has the same dark areas as yours. Dark around the mouth and that dark area above the lips (eczema). So after you apply foundation does it look ashy in those areas? it doesnt show in the video..

  • no, the areas aren't ashy. i really moisturize these areas before applying makeup to prevent that from happening.

  • where do u live? if you live in CT can u tell me where to get iman cosmetics? I could not find it in the one and only ulta in ct.

  • i live in Ga, sorry. =(

  • i buy mine at target. Target also sells it online.

  • It looks really good and learned something new about the undertones and stuff... thanks !!

  • no problem hun.

  • question: how did u learn so much about make up and how to apply it

  • just by trial and error plus youtube.

  • I love your videos. Can you tell me if your makeup rubs off when someone kisses or hugs you. Mine does all the time is there a way I can stop that from happening. I use iman stick foundation and mac msfn as well

  • its really hard to stop a foundation from having zero transmittance, but a primer should help aid the amount that is transferred to other things.

  • thank you so much

  • you're welcome.

  • I suffer from eczema also, and its such a burden! i hate it. but thankfully i have it under control right now for the most part. but i'm actually commenting on make-up brushes... I've noticed from these videos that most of the people use expensive brushes... where can i get CHEAP ones??

  • you can get good quality cheaper makeup brushes from target...look @ the studio tools and sonia kashuk brushes.

  • I'll check into that. THANKS. Have a good one.

  • Question? what did you do when you got your nose done? did you where make-up? because the person who did mine..he told me not to wear make-up at all...

  • i wore makeup, but don't put it near the piercing or it will get infected while its healing.

  • some walmatts have it and all ultas carry it.

  • **wal-marts

  • OMG i'm quite dark nn i suffer frm eczema so thank you for this video it helps..

  • no problem. im glad it was helpful to you. =)

  • If u have oily skin (like mine) don't use UDPP- it doesn't last all day. I find Too Faced Shadow Insurance lasts much longer

  • Hi,

where can you get the Urban Decay primer?

  • you can get the UDPP from Ulta, or Sephora.

  • how does the avon primer and the iman stick fd. do with oily skin as well how long would you say it lasts hr wise?

  • i don't have oily skin (other than in my t-zone area), so i'm really not quite sure how it would hold up on oily skin. on me (i have combination skin), it lasts a good 8 hrs. without me having to touch-up anything.

  • hey....... Do you have to use a powder with the iman foundation or is it just like that for every foundation?....you have such beautiful skin..x

  • i like a very matte finish, so i always set it with powder. if you want a more dewy finish, you don't have to.

  • Hey. I have a question. When I wear foundation, It usually spreads which is really annoying. When I hug people it rubs on their shirts and gets on my stuff sometimes too. I wanted to know if there was something I could use to stop the spreading of my foundation. Thanks!

  • are you setting your foundation with a matte powder? and it could also be the foundation you use...which one do you use?

  • I use the Maybelline dream liquid mousse and I actually do set it with a powder. Its a powder I've had for a while from Mary Kay.

  • idont wanna be nasty or nothing ... But you know the sadow over your lips it looks like Mustasch . i have it to ,, so i jsut wanna ask how do you cover it ?

  • i explained in the video that i have ezcema...i don't know why you have a dark stop spot above your lip, but i have medicine for mine.

  • omg! i love this video...i have a few questions about the mac products i use. My studio fix color is nw45 and i need to know what concealer & foundation should i use on my dark skin? Thanks~Shawn

  • you look pretty without makeup :)

  • thanks hunny. =)

  • you look really different w/o makeup. You look uglier.

  • but u took the time to watch because u still lack the confidence to upload a pic...and ur working on it? i think so

  • I smell jealousy...she looks fine with out makeup

  • I had a similar problem with MAC's inability to match my skintone and type. I I am dk brown with very dry skin, I also suffer from racoon eyes. I discovered MAC MoistureBlend NC50 which I use with a NW45 concealer. OMGoodness it just sucked that dry skin away, but

It's seems many of the dry skin community tends to not recognize it.

  • i will have to try that moistureblend foundation next time i go to MAC, bc my skin is pretty dry (other than my T zone area).

  • How did you determine your Iman stick foundation color?

  • i played around with the colors at ULTA till i found my correct shade.

  • i know!!! the MAC is wayyy to red. =(

  • sooo i just sub annnnnnd i love you! keep up the good work hun bun

  • thank you for subscribing. =)

  • Nice nails!

  • thanks ria. =)

  • Im just wondering where I can find the IMAN foundation stick, and what kinda Stipling (s/p) brush you are using. Your make up looks great!

  • I purchased my IMAN foundation stick from ULTA, but some wal-marts carry them as well. The Stippling brush I am using is from ULTA (its the ULTA professional Highligheter Powder brush).

  • you can also find them at walgreen

  • o really? i gotta check at mine.

  • yes. you should check...they have the whole line there..or at least mines...lol

  • hayy (: i was wonderin if using covergirl queen collection foundation is good?

  • hey hun...i've never used it before so idk. :-\

  • Hey Doll Face :) Good tecnique I have the IMAN foundation stick and now it think i use too much. The way u do it makes so much sence. lol Thanks for sharing. (PINK KISSES)

  • thanks hunny. =)

  • Hi! I Love the AVON Skin Perfector, it's great on my skin. I have combo skin also as you do and many days when I don't want foundation on, I put on some Skin Perfector and dust my face with a little bronzer, eyeliner and go. It gives a great finish. Also try the AVON Magix Tinted Perfector SPF 15, I use it for touch ups on top of my foundation if I have a 12 hour day. As always Thanks for your well informed tuts! God Bless!

  • ooo i need to try to wear it alone and i want to try that tinted perfector. thanks for the suggestions. =)

  • Hey girl! Could you possibly do a review on that Avon primer?? I am using MAC prep and prime, and I do like it pretty well, but it is quite expensive so I'm always on the lookout for others. I have very oily skin, but maybe they have a different primer for that...I'll have to look on the website or something.

  • thats the only primer avon has. im not sure how it would work on oily skin, but yah i can review it for you. =)

  • I LOVE IMAN STICK FOUNDATION THANKS TO U!!! lol and your previous tutorial I asked u about it and decided to try it and I love it!!! more than my studio tech!!! Thanks soo much! Also...for any1 that might need color ref. I'm a nc45 and in iman I was clay4. It blends perfectly into my skin. It looks airbrushed...I've gotten sooo many compliments

  • im glad it worked out for you!! =P

  • I also love Avon's primer. It's the only one I use and I think it works just as good as more expensive one like Smashbox but for a fraction of the price! Lovely video!

  • yeah it is a good product. i feel like not alot of ppl know about it tho.

  • something is different... i don't like the wigg... cute but doesn't fit ur face or style...

  • this is the same wig i've worn in previous vids (lace front)...so if i look different, you should have noticed it there as well.

  • you look different , i can't figure out what it is though

  • hmm, i don't know.

  • great video! your hair is really pretty, too. It's so cool that you sound so southern b/c I'm a southern girl as well! yay us! Anyways, keep making videos! Take care!

  • thank you! yes, southern girls rule! lol.

  • you sound so country in this vid :)

    xoxo lil bit

  • haha. well i do live in the south. =)

  • Thanks for the video DoLL!! ..Umm How can I find out what my skins undertone is??

  • no problem hunny and you can just look at your bare skin (without makeup) and see if your face tends to get more red or golden. does your skin look more like clay (reddish) or more like tanned (yellow)? its hard to explain, but i hope that helped.

  • i loveeeee imans 2nd to none loose powder thing its soooo amazing n i got tht and there concealer together for only 5 bucks a walmart :] like tha last one in mi color!! lol i wass so happy.

    btw u look soo flawless!

  • ooo i wish our walmart carried iman products. i have to go to ulta to get it. and thank you! =)

  • I so want to try that foundation but I am always nervous about trying different foundations b/c I have such oily skin... It is ridiculous... Anyways, I might give it a shot. Thanks for the vid chica! =)

  • i can understand that. if you do try it, let me know if it works out for you. =)

  • Have you tried NC 50? It has a yellow undertone. Also Bobbi Brown has good yellow toned based foundations.

  • NC50 is too light. but i have yet to try any bobbi brown foundations. i'll check it out next time i go to the mall.

  • I love your videos!!

It's just the audio is always kind of low.
