Myspace allows advanced user customization so they decide if they allow if HTML may be used in comments on there page or not.

go into the customize profile at the top right i believe is a link go back click that and click go back to profile 1.0 or something like that

yeah 2.0 is based on XHTML standards marquee font along with others were removed in XHTML for some stupid reason marquee can now only be accomplished by JavaScript i believe and myspace disables JavaScript for security purposes

your using 2.0 then use a element and attribute
replace xx with numeric value

Its called Hypercam you have to pay for it (or search here for NEW hypercam *pirated/illegal* if done that way) its pretty good there is a free on camstudio but I didn't like it.

Yes as far as I know 2.0 still allows HTML just CSS needs to be in a different section. But I believe marquee(scrolling) no longer works I think 2.0 is suppose to be all XHTML standards which took out a bunch of HTML elements.
