EDIT to my second last post: I've watched a platinum edition Feebas video now. Actually you can find something like Magikarp while using the Good Rod. But only in the Platinum edition. Lucky for people who have Pearl and Diamond.

It doesn't matter which one. You can use all three rods to find Feebas, but use the good rod cause then you won't find all so much magikarps and all that stuff (which you WILL find with the other rods).

you have to get the griseous orb from the distortion world later in the game. you can find the distortion world in spring path where you found giratina in the first games

for everyone who watched this video i found out a good way to get milotic. go to the basement in veilstone city. a girl will be selling poffins for 6400 each. buy about7/8 of the dry/sweet poffins and feed them to feebas. no level it up and boom!!! milotic!
