ls of it look around and I don't get to make potions very often so I just boost the stamina so I can carry more so I make more money. I do use potions I'm just saying if you don't have any use high healing food like cheese it may be heavy but you will be thankful when your gonna die.trust me.

@assassncrafter nah. cheese sucks. heals 15, 1 weight. Weakest potion heals 25, 0.5 weight.

Food is only good for regen bonuses. Making stews, soups, and getting homecooked meals (which boost HP/Stamina regen) are useful in hit and run battles or vs other archers (assuming you use a bow).

If Skyrim ever gets an EXTREME mode like fallout, where you need to eat to survive, that will obviously change things. Till then though, cheese is just a nuisance - getting in the way of me stealing gold...

p you cant just go around arrow out on every enemy, you gotta use it in moderation,

you need to use a melle weapon up close only reason you should EVER use an arrow up close is for a sneak attack.
