sure you could paint the inside black but black is a colour that conducts heat more than a lighter colour which reflects hear better therefore the case on the inside will be hotter. looks good but just need some common sense. plus whats the point of painting that side when the motherboard sits over it anyway?

i have to disagree this case owns, my cpu temps have dropped 10 deg C and my hdd's sit at 20 deg C each and i also noticed a difference in my vid card too but not much prob about 5 or 6 deg C

I would advise most people to turn away from Thermaltake. They make a very wide variety of products: fans, liquid cooling, PSU's and other random things, and thus, don't really have a specialty. Their products are decent, at best. You may get lucky once in a while and get a good, long-lasting product. However, I bought a Big Water 735 liquid cooling kit and the pump died not even 2 months in. It caused my ATI 4850 to overhead and die. Buy quality products, not cheap ones.

Take it from me, dont buy this case. I actually have it. It is a mid case, shittest cable management. Pretty sure all tower heatsinks can fit, you got about 14cm. I dont recommend it, but if your not doing any overclocking and stuff its ok.

I just got the Thermaltake V9 black edition case today for 79.99. So far its VERY sweet. I comes with an additional 230mm fan on the case's sde cover instead of having the clear plastic part like this one. This helps keep the graphics card a little cooler which helps me ALOT cause im running the extra spicy ati HD 4870. The 230mm fans x2 are very quiet as they only spin at like 1700 rpm and they move ALOT of air.

That top fan generally does nothing because by the time the hot air rises from the processor heat sink its sucked out the back so to cut down on noise i wouldnt even bother connecting the top fan...as big as it is its virtually useless.

ur motherboard is either atx or micro atx so its guaranteed too fit

atx is the size of the motherboard. basically look up your motherboard and see if you can find anything about it being atx or micro atx or something. otherwise look for the dimensions of your motherboard, and check to see whether they fit with the dimensions of the case. hope i've helped dude.

bottom mounded psu's are better beacuse they are a major percentage of the weight and having it at the bottom makes the case more stable

also with the heat it would be sucked up through the bottom it goes through the psu and then is blown out the back
