@alienfresh That's the freaky part. Due to the 15 years of termite damage, we had to totally gut this house. The walls, foundation, etc are all only about 2 months old. There's got to be a snake nest in here somewhere, though. There are simply too many babies. Found a 4th one tonight. 4 in 4 days!
@BaubleRob Hahaha. The spider appearance freaked me out! In the raw clip it has me yelping when she comes down. She just moseys on down, and then strikes and retreats so fast!!
@PuppyZwolle It's Wild Kingdom in my kitchen. Ninja Spider is a beast! Not sure what to name her--I'm pretty certain it's a female. Those tiles are the bane of my existence. They look constantly dirty even after being freshly cleaned.

Clash of the Titans! Those tiles give the whole scene a 'Mount Olympus' look.
I'd name the spider 'Tetsuo' (loosely translates as man of steel) and give him the champion status he deserves. He's a keeper.
