I make the olive garden salad all the time my cuzin works there I do this except without italian seasoning and the salt and I add Italian dressing it's really good. And I don't use garlic powder no need for that! :)

I think it's just because I am so busy doing so many things. So even if i eat lot of food, I never gain weight. I still do exercise, walking, yoga and everthing that keeps me fit and still enjoy life. However, I eat only when I am hungry, not all day or not at any other time besides BF, lunch and dinner. So eat variety of food but eat always to it's limit and enjoy!

vinegar to oil should be a 1:4 ratio - vinegar 1, and oil 4
Didn't even mention what type of vinegar you should use....
