Thats the Thai's cultural fight music. If you dont like it, then dont fucking watch. Its pretty interesting if you pay attention to the speed of the music: If the fighters start getting crazier and throwing more attacks, the musicians speed up the music to match the action in the ring. And I agree to mitsosfantasia, I hate fighting without the music, it pumps you up more.

the music pays respect to the thousands of years of tradition, it is one of the true art forms left the music brings about a fighters fighting spirit and is also god rythem to fight to both relaxing the fighters and also helps keep the pace of the fight moving a very important factor of the art this isn`t just kickboxing, this is a true martial art in every sense, the fighting is only a very small part of it.

That "screeching" sound is the music that has been developed along side muat thai and it aims to distract the fighter in the hope that one will lose concentration and get knocked out, so the fights are not just about physical toughness. So if you cant apreciate the "screeching, shit, annoying" music then you cant appreciate muay thai as an art form.
