It is Monsieur Irakli. Your cornetist with some Bix and Hackett oriented approach on his Conn Victor cornet. I had a '23 one, which years is his? Irakli with wonderful Armstrong licks, I guess his hobby all his life.I had some of his early LP's, just like the All Stars. Fantastic clip, Thank you
