  • want ride stuff then go to my channel and fallow the link under my coments its free all you have to do is earn points

  • hey, the version u got there obviously has green letters on the base....why is it I only find a version with black letters? like, swapped the background and foreground colors? any idea ? cuz I like the green lettered version more.....thx =)

  • hey i need some help. im about 5'9 and weigh around 135 so i was looking at a 155 but im not completely sure on what i should end up getting. any ideas? thanks

  • @ituiji202, 135 is pretty light weight. I'd ride the 152 or smaller if I were you.

  • Its not that soft if 10 was the stiffest it would be about 4 out of 10, so fairly good flext but not completely bendy

  • iv got a question: how does the kink ride at medium/large kickers and at high speed?

    is it too soft?

  • like at a scale from 1-10, how soft is it?

  • I just got this board today for christmas(155), with ride bindings and boots with boa. It all works amazing.

  • would you recommend ride bindings also? i heard they break a lot.

  • can you go in the back contry or just go riding or no

  • 153w To ;)

  • I am 5' 9 and i weigh 150. I found the Ride Kink for 170 but only in size 155. I like to ride Park and a little mtn would this size work?

  • 155 will work perfect.

  • Hi..

Is the Kink wide softer than Rome Machine???

    Thankxx.

  • yes it is softer! i personaly think its alot softer

  • so u said that the '10 was softer than the '09. is the 09 that much stiffer though? and also will the 10 come in a wide like the 09?

overall though this looks like a dope board that im gonna want to pick up in august

  • they have a 156w and 159w i have the 159w and its awesome!

  • Does this feature the lowrize rocker system ride has come up with?

    Cheers

  • none of the old boards do just those new ones.....they've given it to the crush and a new deck callled the machete.

  • Damn! cheers for the info

  • no prob man......what kinda board are ya lookin for? i'll help ya out if ya want......

  • I have the 08 version of the kink, and love it to bits, so i was planning on just updating to the 2010 version. But I would like to invest in a "rocker" board.

  • so i'd take it that you ride what i ride.....park and some street? well the new machete board is a mix between the kink and the dh.....i have a dh and its dope, machete's a lil softer but not as soft as the kink.....i'd probably go wit that tho if ya want a good rocker board......

  • Yeah, mostly park. The problem is that I like soft boards, i mean really soft, i never hit kickers bigger than probably 10-15 feet. Any suggestions?

  • word same here, except i do kickers round 40-50 but still that ain't too big.......uh well if your more of a buttery guy then i'd go with a rocker board like the rome artifact 1985 or the signal park rocker.......but if you hit some down rails and need a lil stiffer board then stick wit the kink or a capita stairmaster, ride dh maybe, i reallly like t9 mass appeals for street, and maybe you might wanna check a rome artifact. top 3 softest: 1signal park rckr 2artifact1985 3capita/kink

  • There's just too much choice. haha. Ride boards have the carbon "POP STIX" in them

  • Sorry about that, pressed comment by accident. The POP STIX give the boards rigidity they need for pop and on rails but doesn't lose the softness you need for butters. I also looked into the burton CONdom which not only has the scooped out nose but it also has bevel all the was round (think TBT from bataleon), but then i was on the ride website and found that most ride boards have a 3 degree bevel, which is enough as i rarely catch my edge. So i really don't know lol

  • i like the idea of a fully concave board like the CONdom, I really wanted the '09, but I think it might be a little too focused. like really good on jibs but not at riding trails. Everyone is pumped on the HERO, it is just concave on the ends. ell595 is right there are too many choices. I think if you have a regular camber board newer than 2008, get a rocker for 2010. Then you have the option depending on conditions. richaand444 thanks for all the solid input. - MULCH EB

  • I've heard so many great things about the hero (and the fix that also has a scoop nose). The thing i don't get about the CONdom, it eliminates the chances of catching an edge, but surely it increases the chances of slipping out? I wonna know how many degrees the edges are raised. Cheers for all the help guys

  • word....i'd just go demo some shreds, where do ya shred?

  • I live in the uk, so i normally just ride fridges (indoor snowdomes) for the summer, and then spend a month abroad in the season.

  • We just posted the 2010 ride machete video review. Everyone that rode it was really impressed. Even dudes that wouldn't normally ride that type of board. it should be on the front page for EasternBoarder89.

  • for sure i demo'd it two days ago and loved it

  • That board looks so sick!!!!

    You ripped on it!!! Rad!!!

    Extreme!!!!!
