Hi Pete, the system looks well engineered well done. Can you/have you ever fitted the system to a Harley Sportster (2003). If so is there a kit available in the UK and what are the costs.
Well Randonmlyrandom, I would guess you haven't been riding for 50 years with the desire to keep doing that! I have customers I need to call because even tho they are great riders and need just this help to keep riding, the fact that you think it is too far should be enough for them to quit! The time will come when you will stop being a wise-guy and need some help. Maybe I will be here to give YOU shit about it!
@chopperdesign I have been riding for about 25 years... and my wife who has bad knees can now enjoy the pleasure of riding because of inventions such as yours! Many people out there that ride are great riders but sometimes get caught slightly off guard because the bike starts to lean one direction off slope and sometimes you just can keep the bike from going over. This and many others are great inventions. Never justify ones self to the none riding public! Open trails to you!!
Thanks... Compared to trike conversions it's cheap! 30LBS of steel, a linear actuator with feedback, a proximity sensor, a custom switch box with LED's and a dedicated computer system with a no-cut wire harness all costs money to assemble. It winds up our customers NEVER complain about the price.
So you been riding for 40 years or so and you have this Beautiful bike in the garage you have taken care of forever, except you just had your knee replaced, and the 900 lbs is too much for you... I guess I should tell that guy to sit on the couch??/ Call me when you are through with puberty, OK?
I gave my BMW LT to my son. Meanwhile he does the riding, I play with my granddaughters ( next summer the youngest will ride the bicyckle with extra wheels ). I have had bikes since -62 but I will never be through my puberty, I just know when to quit. I will give you a call, if you wish, boy. Merry Christmas
I can dig it... That is your choice, but the other folks who have been riding since -62 or earlier that want to keep riding now have an alternative without making their bikes trikes! You should hear what some of them say... They never want to give up their bikes and I developed the product to let them keep riding (and leaning into turns) for as long as they like! Thanks for the Banter! Merry Christmas All!
As I get older .. I always thought that when I get to old to hold the wing up, I'd have it converted to a trike .. I think I like your idea better ! .. you'll be seeing me in a few years .. for sure.
OK...I lied...I'm really not 72, nor do I have a replacement hip. I am 54 and am 40% military disabled and still ride (bad knees, ankles, neck and hearing) and I still ride (Ive been riding since 1973, Harleys since 1974.). My point is that who is this really going to appeal to? Maybe the partially disabled, though I would think a trike would be more stable. Who do you really think this setup is really going to appeal to?
It IS appealing to about 25 riders every month..I am guessing you never rode a trike, cause it may as well be a convertible! I have spoken with hundreds of folks who would rather have their throttles pryed from their dead fingers than give up their bikes and their ability to lean into the corners!
Kidding? I don't think so... when a guy over 70 says he wants to keep riding, but his replacement knee or the effects of a stroke is putting him & his wife in danger, I think this is anything but funny... Call me when you are 70 ok??
If you could lean a Goldwing trike into the corners, I would agree!

This is an outstanding idea! I'm only 25 so barring something awful (god forbid) I won't need this for a while but what a great concept!
