standing b-twist arent even close to as hard as doin a standing full; you throwin sideways cause ur too worried about spinning just go straight up then spin ur just throwing

thats not a standing full but it is a standing butterfly twis wich if u ask me is slightly harder but try to go over your bak not your shoulder
