well looks good except the stock it looks kinda nigger rigged i did a 22 bilt action a few yrs back and the stock took like 5 days to get it perfect but i looked like an actual pistol grip when finished but over not bad at all
His gun and he modded it the way he wanted to. Sure it's an old Wingmaster, if he wants he can put on another stock and swap the barrel to make it 'right' again. I chopped my Wingmaster down to a 12.5 barrel and put a folding stock on it, paid $200 to buy a stamp for it and I enjoy shooting it all the time. Enjoy your shotgun.

Dude if you wanna do that kind of shit, come out here to AZ, you can now hve concealed waponswitouta permit, Shotguns an rifls have to be a minimum of 26 inches and the barrel cannot be shorter than 18 inches. We have the most liberal gun laws and vehicle registration laws. Although registering a vehicle here and in Ca can cost up to $500+. I sawed my barrel down to 18 1/4 on my Maverick 88 and installed a Blackhawk stock like a CAR-15 style and it really has lost alot of muzzle weight.
A Remington Wingmaster built in the 60s cost about $90. That same firearm today would sell for about $300 because they are not made anymore. Today 870s are nowhere as nicely made.

First the barrel is over 18" LEGAL. The cut gunstock? Legal. If, it isn't he can buy an after market pistol grip for the 870. That's what I would have done. And, keep the old stock intact.
It is not legal to convert a shotgun from a full stock to a pistol grip if you do not possess the required documents. If you bought the shotgun that way, it's fine. But if you did it yourself and you don't have the papers then you're a fucking moron and it IS ILLEGAL.

Dude if you wanna do that kind of shit, come out here to AZ, you can now hve concealed waponswitouta permit, Shotguns an rifls have to be a minimum of 26 inches and the barrel cannot be shorter than 18 inches. We have the most liberal gun laws and vehicle registration laws. Although registering a vehicle here and in Ca can cost up to $500+. I sawed my barrel down to 18 1/4 on my Maverick 88 and installed a Blackhawk stock like a CAR-15 style and it really has lost alot of muzzle weight.

First the barrel is over 18" LEGAL. The cut gunstock? Legal. If, it isn't he can buy an after market pistol grip for the 870. That's what I would have done. And, keep the old stock intact.

It is not legal to convert a shotgun from a full stock to a pistol grip if you do not possess the required documents. If you bought the shotgun that way, it's fine. But if you did it yourself and you don't have the papers then you're a fucking moron and it IS ILLEGAL.

@CoChicken1337 My winchester 1300 came with a rifle stock.My Mossberg 500 20 ga Cruiser came with a rifle stock AND pistol grip. How could 1 be legal and 1 not. The Pachyderm? pistol grip for the 1300 looks just like the one that came with the Mossberg.
