We need to get people like Bill Gates and Sir richard Branson to feel for this erea, no scrap that, we should just tax all the rich billionares and saudi princes from all over tha wrold and have a huge relife fund to bring this puddle back to the way it was back in 1950. All these people who have billions upon billions should be taxed to go to save places like the Aral see, the Antartic lychens and meat eating plants ) :< We should force govenrment to aid these causes.

@roblox84 my dear friend, well only the farming business has caused this catastrophic. they redirected the water of the great rivers Amo Darya and Syr Darya for using their water for watering the endless farms of cotton plantations. in this area the ground is sandy so most of the water was seeped in the earth, before really geting used. today Amo Darya reach the sea as little brook. the sea is drained. we need this sea and other sweet water seas. i pray for coming back Aral-Sea. thank you

The Aral Sea is more than 50% smaller than it used to be. The salt content in it is so high that all life in it (fish etc) has died as a result. It is not even suitable for human consumption.
