ZooTV had this rare soul to itself, which their later tours have never matched, and these ten minutes are the climax of all this.

The version of 'Streets' is just unimageably great, with its bass-laden and ambient sound, almost like techno for normal, music-loving people.

And the 'ba-oomph' of Adam's bass when the song kicks off gives me goosebumps and all sorts of joyous feelings.

From 5:11 to 6:05 is quite simply U2's top moment!

That transition from Running to Stand Still to the organ progression in the intro of Streets is probably the best few seconds in live music history. Then again, I always end up saying that about U2.

@DMcCU2 I can´t agree more, but its cut in this video, so get the DVD. Until today the transition to "Streets" is always the center of an U2-concert and this is my favorit version.

I was fortunate to have the Zooropa tour in Berlin as my first U2 concert. Almost 20 Years later i have to say, the ZooTV/Zooropa tour is probably the best and most sophisticated tour in history, not even beaten by U2 itself.

@RallyeGermany you lucky sod ! my biggest regret of my life is not seeing zoo tv live. Pastiches of it in the current tour are definetly NOT better than the real thing. It was so ahead of its time, its unreal. It pre-empted the era of information overload, of technological ubqiuity and......Mr Macphisto....

nuff said.... ZOO TV was the peak of U2, and a peak all subsequent bands after them failed to match.....
