I agree that some people need to be made aware of what they blatantly do while on the road, but not in a threatening manner. The red SUV driver could of simply talked to black car driver without making the threat of "I'm going to follow you until you stop and talk to me".
@mrLioneMafia What are you trying to say? Road rage is an aggressive or angry behavior by a driver of an automobile or other motor vehicle. That was clearly present in the video...

@0GKA0 Yes. I had my windows down already, so I was just going to talk with them (2 teenage girls). I wanted to see if anything was wrong (medical situations can cause erratic driving like theirs). They said that the red SUV driver was chasing them for no reason. I then told them that I had the whole thing on tape, and their story quickly changed. They apologized to me, which I found odd, maybe so I wouldn't show the police? I was actully not following them on purpose either, just coincidence.
@DrivingandDashcam Yes, the engine is on. Otherwise the turn signal would not be functioning. *Most* vehicles have to be on for the turn signals to be active. There was a garage sale at a house right next to the SUV, so I think the driver parked in the middle turn lane, and got out to go look at the garage sale.
if so what an idiot!! the van driver with multiple stupidity I feel those type of drivers shouldnt be aloud to drive! in a hurry or not its just stupid! great captures!
@rextinctione Yeah, almost clipping me and the white car, rolling through 2 red lights, no signal, speeding (obvious) is asking for trouble. He will most likely hurt somebody...
