He addressed many issues that are not only common sensical, but, reliant upon nothing more than ourselves… The only question that was not addressed that I heard, (but, will look back ~) is when we do try and share this message *(and others) to people we love, other folks in the city, & those around the world…We're abused with chemical weapons, beaten to a pulp, (or worse). Being disabled, yet, knowledgeable, I feel not only helpless @ home but unnecessarily scared…

I am Joseph S. Terry, Jr. and I call David C. Korten, "Grandfather". It is the most powerful and reverential term I have for who he is in my life. I care not for how others view him. He is human and therefore, flawed. But ... He is my Grandfather, the one who leads me to discover my highest and greatest purpose. Thank you, Grandfather. May God hold you in the palm of his hand, forever.

God and religion is NOT the answer David. We as human beings do not need to serve any other master than humanity - you and I. By serving humanity we're able to open a dialogue with all influences but get dominated by and ruled over by one ideology. If we all just follow one path, it will lead us to nowhere, but following many paths will lead us to all the places we need to go.

@SquirrelFromGradLife You're not getting it, God is within, this is the wholeness that we are seeking. I would highly recommend Chris Hedges book With Atheism Becomes Religion. Korten is not telling people that need religion, but we are spiritual beings, and by atheists rejecting that view, they are in fact reinforcing religious people's belief that the opposite of being religious is atheist. You can in fact have neither.

seems that david has been able to coagulate the genius of many great minds into a revolutionary strategy of great courage which redefines revolution itself

here we find him talking within a major human institution about the increasing irrelevance of labrynth self-serving institutions yet he does so with equanimity and grace
