@penninefilms Thanks, I reckon the county is doing a high scale speed - 70/80mph. The two coal trains are probably going a little fast for accuracy, 30/40mph.

@penninefilms Only to a limited extent. It is in my grandparents loft and I am hoping when I have a place of my own to build a more 'modelled' layout.

how old is the 2-8-0

It's a model of a 1904/5 design that was built, with modifications, into the 30s.

The model itself is from the early 2000s, but was introduced in the early 90s I believe.
