The finale of Will & Grace starts with Grace having a dream about how her and Will's lives would be is she had stayed and not gone after Leo to Rome. When she wakes up, Leo does indeed come and she agrees to go with him to Rome. Will and Grace have a fight and do not speak to each other for 2 years, during which Grace gives birth to a girl, and Will and Vince adopt a baby boy. After 2 years, Jack and Karen set them up and they meet, and their friendship rekindles, but it remains awkward.
