I finally found out that this is on a CD entitled "My Redeemer Lives" - Greg Nelson Singers. Hope this helps. I ordered it and received it today. It is the same version.

Hi secondome227! It's sounds like it could be Life Action Revival Ministries. I played the cd I have of theirs along side the one on youtube and it played word for word, sound for sound. It would be their 'Broken and Free' cd. We had this ministry at our church and it totally changed my life. Hope this helps you! God Bless!
