I agree. I fail to see that this can be anything but a hoax. As you say, Joaquin's brother in law is filming it...if it's all for real, i doubt his sister would allow her husband to film her brother having what quite clearly could be a mental break-down. Especially after already losing one brother. I think he's one of the best actors around today, so he could easily pull something like this off, and just have a bit of fun for a while.
