Not to take away from his great accomplishment, but lag made the game easier for him. For example, Mecha Birdo'seggs should've been spaced further apart, making it WAY more difficult, especially on the third stage. Also the dragon is supposed to go up and down more and should shoot more fireballs.

I still don't get what I'm being dishonest about. Resetting the game isn't being dishonest in any way. If the point of this video was to show my first time ever trying it, then I'd show the deaths. I see no reason to show them otherwise. When you look up a time attack for something (let's say Break the Targets in SSB), do they include the hundreds of failures that preceded the best time?

I rarely see anyone point out how many failed attempts they had. Once in a while, yes, but you have to specifically track how many times you reset, and the only reason anyone would do that is because they know going into it that it's going to be terrible and want it as an extra tidbit to show people how hard it was. I don't think this took me any more than around 20 attempts, and certainly didn't think it would be relevant.

When I reach to wart stage and when he's shooting out the bullet bill I kept shooting it with my gun and no matter how much I tap the bullet just hit me. All I could do is to go to the far right and wait for the bullet and the clown machine to dissapear.

I'd say cheating is bad but the game just made up for it.

Still though, even with no sort of background information at all, there's no way you could think I got through that game without dying a single time, on my first try. There's hundreds of death traps that are entirely unpredictable. Even after knowing where they all are, the game is still somewhat hard because of all the precise jumping you need to make.

You are an excellent player! I wish I could shoot that fast. I tried to hard to beat Kraidgief but couldn't shoot fast enough for it. Eventually that glitch happened where he gets stuck in the ground and you just shoot him until he explodes.
