  • This is the form I learned at White Willow School of Tai Chi in Cincinnati.

    @xtrasns - Part of our training to prepare, relax and stretch our muscles for the form was a series of bagua exercises.

  • Looks like it has more bagua in it than regular yang form ...

  • @TheDano1947 it's not the speed but the form, axel rotation, circular movements, constant switch of ying & yang, & switch of empty & full body, this is definitely tai chi. where'd he learned this form i wouldn't know.

  • It does resemble a master's version of simplicity. It is performed with alot of soft, cetered, circular and rythmic form. Please sir. tell us where you learn this form? Traditionalists normally and pretty much as a rule will not show the yang short form.
