  • What kind of camera did you use?

  • @Soundstage8 hi --- we used a Panasonic HVX-200. This was a few years ago. Now the Cannon 7D and 5D are available, which are much better.

  • that poor cup of tea lol

  • AWESOME

  • lmao-awesome

  • unreal. absolutely unreal. Congrats on a well deserved win!

  • I am humbled and accept defeat oh great masters... lol it was great. Your my new favorite actor.

  • Did you win? This is good. I want to make one for this year.

  • hey-

this is an entry from last year, not this year.

  • i know but i what i meant wass i cant beat this videooo

c'mon i cant make something like this

    really AWESOME JOB

  • nice...

  • wow this is good! nice job

  • very creative! its gonna be hard to beat this for this year's competition.

  • hey there poopdecay. to answer your question:

    1. I used a shotgun microphone to record the dialogue, not the crappy microphone on the camera. So all the dialogue was recorded at the same level of volume, and clean.

    2. I edited on Final Cut Pro, which has a separate audio track and video track. This allows you to blend audio from different takes together to avoid that "cut off" quality you described. Good luck!

  • yeah he takes off his glasses then their back on him and then he takes them off

  • ouf. continuity error in 0:07-0:09. can you spot it?

but still, great concept. you deserved to win!

  • Great film!!! Very creative and sweet!!!

  • Hey John, this is an awesome film. Short and sweet, but very creative.

  • If this didn't win, it should have, it kicks the pants off my entry.

  • Truly brilliant! Hope you realize you set the bar pretty high for those of us entering the contest this year. Great kick in the pants to go out and get creative. Thanks! :)

  • How do you correctly spell Healthianin

  • Wonderfully creative guys, great job!! Mahalo nui loa for sharing this terrific and well done video. Very entertaining and makes one want to immediately go drink some very beneficial tea. Awesome idea for getting the younger generations interested and educated about tea. The new old drink of the 21st century!! Great promotion for the tea industry!! Aloha No Kakou!!

  • Hey. Panasonic HVX-200 with the crappy zoom lens it comes with. Lit the room with a 250 Tungsten light in the corner and gelled it to match the daylight from the windows. Hope that helps!
