Because then you wont have to worry about not liking you, because you don't give them a reason. Also if they still don't like you, its there loss not yours. You seem like a cool person. thanks for the comment.

Interesting little film you made there Nick. I hope you don't mind me offering a little constructive criticism but it seems to me that you needed to show more just to balance out the expository nature of the film. Otherwise, being an Aspie myself, I can say that I found the film to be quite good and has the potential to be very useful to those with a lack of knowledge on Asperger's.
Hey, hows it going, I agree on that certain aspect but I feel think it did the job, for a short film, I think it does elaborate more then expository, because you short and brief moments of how the AS effects each person, and yeah I'm hoping this films helps people who lack knowlege on the subject, but thank you for your thoughts, if you can pass the film and help spread the word on Disorder, we can do it.
How can BJ Freedman study AS for 35 years? The word wasn't coined until 1981. Before, no one knew about it even though the condition was described in 1944 but it was called "autistic personality" then. I found that out at the Tony Attwood conference.
Thats a good question, the reason that BJ was able to study AS for 35 years, was that she studied all types of Autism, including High Functioning Autism before 1981. So yes the term was not coined until 1981, but she was still studying the disorder before that time, when it was labeled as a Autistic personality. thank you for watching my film.
Absolutly fantastic video Nick!! I have tears in my eyes after watching this, cus I am thinking about all of our fellow Aspies out there who doesn´t feel respected or haven´t found their place in society! By this video you are sharing the truth about what AS really is! There should be more people like you on this planet!! Respect man!!! <3
Why freaking label them with Aspergers? Has anyone thought that we need people like that in our society to make us face up to the truth. Usually these people tell you how they see it so why try to make them more like the every day boring run of the norm. I see them as being gifted and not to be made feel handicapped in anyway and to be treated with compassions and sympathy is probably the last thing they want. OMG how I dislike ignorance.
wow nick that was awesome. this is zach ramirez, and im not sure if you read these messages but if not I will tell you in person soon enough. great work!
Nicely done! A fine document about an important subject.
I also applaud the courage it takes to point the camera at one's self, in such a revealing and personal way, without reducing the work to a mere "vanity piece."
Nick, by you creating this video you have inspired so many people who might otherwise believe that they can't do something great. Congratulations on doing something that will touch other peoples lives in a positive way and educating so many who don't know what Asperger's is.
Nick....This is absolutely Brilliant. What you have created is something that goes far beyond film making. You have created a voice that brings perfect strangers together. Through this important piece of work you will educate millions. Most of all you will bring a connection to countless others. All the best, Glenn
Great video Nick..a wealth of information. Thanks for sharing. I just spent a week working with a guy who I think has aspergers. Watching this gives me great compassion for him now. Congrats on the PCC award. Blessings!
