i think evebody is allowed to join kasi the title is not solely for mr. and ms. ticao. sa pagkakaalam ko, kaya nilagyan nila ng tourism yung Mr. and Ms. Ticao Island Tourism dahil nung Mr. and Ms. Ticao Island lang eh, wala pang sampu ang sumali, so to make it happen kaya pinasali na ang mga taga ibang lugar and even candidates from manila. iyon nga lang, nilagyan ng tourism.
i've been to ticao island once and the place is so beautiful...i'm glad it is being promoted now, i even saw my colleague rowel canlas in the vid, antaray at kumakaway-kaway pa hehe..:-)
This type of pageants should have been done in San Fernando..SF can accommodate a better place for this..

Sayang! Why is that taga Cebu yung nanalo. Its nice sana to have yung mga projects like
this for the people of Ticao Island. Nawala
yung essence nung Mr. and Ms. Ticao Island. Mr. and Ms. Cebu City and kinalabasan or should I say parang buong Pilipinas kasali.
