I think it is really bad of u and the workers at queens blvd . charging so much to epople that is are worry if they will still have a job or have enough to pay bills let alone the crazy charges on the bills you send out. IThe people in the queens office is not helpfull and infact added a charge on my bill which now is nearly $200 and the person tell me I have the lowest package...I could only imagine what other people are paying if that is true. Besides the sound and picture messup
