Is there a difference between an asian smoker and a white one? Why has the government provided an asian quit line?

It's because so many Asians smoke, there are still pro smoking adds on T V in Japan and smoking is in many of their cartoons and comics. Also In China even the most educated don't realize how bad it is, they say they know its kinda bad but have no real idea of how bad. You can smoke almost anywhere in many Asian countries, They are very behind in this way, give them another 10 yrs and they will start to catch up.

The people in this video have the right attitude. If everybody walked out when told they cannot smoke, the nanny state government may finally realise that we are sick and tired of being told what to do in our leisure time and would eventually be forced to repeal this draconian and unwanted legislation

non smokers' (majority) health who aren't dumb enough to smoke is more important than the stupid smokers (minority) who would rather harm and make others smell bad than walk outside for a couple of minutes.

Great news-you can at last taste your food and come home smelling of roses after a visit to a restuarant! I hope India follows and bans like UK!
