I am a young black man about 19 years old and I before I came across your video had everything falling apart in school, my uncle gave me a book called 'Thinking For A Change' by John C. Maxwell and what you are saying is inspiring as a young person I had a feeling that I would grow up to help people, and do what you do. I see now that I have hope. Keep up your good work. There is a large crowd in the bottom, but a small crowd at the top.
