My favorite part about the jak series is that when they get into the future in jak II, the game itself becomes more mature. People start swearing, more mature themes, weaponry..

In jak and daxter, it was rated E, and was a kids game. Jak II was rated T. The game matured with the story.

Personally I think this is one of the many PS2 legends. Along with the rest of the Jak series, GTA: San Andreas, Smackdown vs. Raw, Smackdown: Here Comes The Pain and the very first Guitar Hero. Those are just my "legends" though.

I have to agree with adamcolorfull in 2 ways, 1st, because it does sound depressing, and 2 because of a certain place I found out about the death of the Naughty Dog mascot. If you can translate Precursor to English, go to the area of Haven City that's futuristic still, and go into the building a couple of cutscenes happen. Some of the scanners talk about how he died.

The ending was unbelieveable. Rayne, Krew's daughter who gets her looks from her mother obviously. She tricked Jak and his friends the whole time, they were getting rid Krew's enemies. Rayne drove away, and started to talk to somebody on the phone. She might be the next villian.

You wouldn't believe the end of Daxter. He defeated Ximon, but in a suprising twist, it was revealed that his master was pulling the strings the entire time and that the true enemy was waiting outside. no it was from count vegar, he made the palace fall and cyber errol was the cause of the making of those bots in the city also dark makers.....in jak 2 the destruction of the city was krew's fault yeah and Praxis since they had no eco left
