yeah, but the difference is, that in europe the violence portrayed in songs, is usually not actually happening. im Norwegian and i live in brasil, and my house has had 2 bullets come through, and these were completely random, there was no drug, war nothing. the people here decide after listening to this music that it would be funny to shoot automatic weapons in random directions regardless of the consequences, and this is the main reason i dont like songs incorporating voilence.

not, but the thing is, they were later caught, and they had no motive for randomly firing upon civilian buildings. and after listening to people in rio, ive found that before funk became littered with obscene lyrics and themes, brazil was a nicer place to live, but as the lyrics and themes portrayed in the songs deteriorated the quality of life there did as well.
