haha i actually started watching this game lol and i got to this part and it was so funny "The worst most devastating boss you ever faced in your life ......... its a giant gun with a timer" also when you ran under it and was like "IT DOESNT DO ANYTHING!!!" thats was great good job Jacko
It's Jocko. ^_~ But thanks! I'm glad you liked the finale to this first run-through of Metal Storm. That final boss certainly was a giant let-down as a kid but it doesn't detract from the awesomeness that is the rest of the game. Hope to get to the second run on hard mode when I get my new computer sometime in the near future.
Man, I wish I knew that someone was LP'ing this earlier. I would have been on this so quick, and you are doing hard mode as well.
As a person who's doing at least a playthrough of the very same game right now and up to stage 4 in hard mode (due to some crappy recordings that set me back two stages), let me say that you are about to feel true Hell incarnate. But you already know that, don't you?
If you are continuing to LP this, I'll be waiting and watching your next progress.

And, yes, expert mode is definitely Hell incarnate. When I LP it next week, I imagine there will be much tears and anguish. And nerdrage. ;) Fear the Metal Storm extreme difficulty nerdrage!
I know... I hate it. At least it didn't happen before the ending, which is where I would've had to re-record. As is, there's nothing terribly important in the desync section.
