After watching this year's team and looking at the young players, the intensity of football needs to come back to the mountain, they need to play like warriors. go out there lay the hat, and get everything together, go out and play like everything is on the line. leave everything on the field.
Well, i mean, every team runs into a rough period, and the ILH Div 1 is the toughest conferance in the state. Every team has their day. Kam had to adjust to the new coach and formations, but still played tough, The point is, its not really a bad thing because the competion is really tough. Iolani wont ever replace Kam, they had a lucky season, the Punahou-Iolani game is proof of that (49-7) But this is a good vid to remember the glory days. Im sure the coach and students will work hard.
I see your point. I guess the big thing I'm trying to get out is what truewarrior808 is talking about. The intensity and the actual sport of football. My last season at Kamehameha seemed liked people were getting caught up in looking like they can fight instead of playing the sport. And in my opinion, it seems that way for a lot of schools now days.
