the i5 750 is cheaper and better by far than the best amd phenon, so amd is not cheaper and using many more watts, and whats 50$ lol when buying a comp, i think i rather pay peanuts to get an intel over a shitty amd.
@OppenTech What planet do you live on where AMD's extremely dated architecture is on par with a Core i5? Even Thuban is far behind the i5 750 in anything doesn't use all six cores. AMD's current CPU architecture was built to compete with Core 2 CPUs, and they lost horribly to those. Compared to the current Core CPUs? Don't make laugh...

not at all, northernbridge had also done alot of job as well. and gpu for video input and imaging render accelerating + resolution demand. a processor cant do anything with out all of them.
but who or what owns Launch (aka Yahoo! Music) now?

It only matters of it's an x86 operating system running on an x86 processor. Well, you know what I mean.
The ad shows that an INTEL processor will do this stuff. But I have an AMD Athlon 64 X2, and I can do the same :D
