I would like to ask everyone: Do you feel deprived of the things you used to do before the challenge?how does the "leaving your comfort zone" feel like?

I'm not sure what you mean about feeling "deprived of the things you used to do"...

As for leaving my comfort zone, at first it's scary. No matter how often I've stretched myself to do something new or "big". but after I've done it, It's exhilarating!
