Yes... you could use rudder but when i roll a RV i normally pull 45 degrees up then start my roll.

nice rolls dude... i don't want to sound like i'm an expert or anything, but try using some rudder to keep your nose on the horizon during the role

can't tell much with only one camera angle

would be nice if there is a chase plane,

or some shots from the ground.
