Wow. I live in covelo! I actually met the director. He was at one of the covelo screenings, at the library. Also, I know one of the actors. Her name is Tabitha Powell. I also know her brother liam & jeese, who were also in the movie. I am amazed it was filmed in my home town. My name's Miles Mancinelli.
Really cool visual portrayals of characters like Ive seen on lots of crime TV shows but more real. Id like to see stuff by the guys that directed and shot this ruff and tumble shoot-out drama.
It's fun knowing so many of those locations! Isn't the Eeel River beautiful there! (I hope the actors got to take a dip or two! )
When is this film coming out?!?!?!? (I'm dying to know if our gate - Grasshopper Flat - ended up in the background of any of it. Our place is on the bend about a mile from the Black Butte store. )
