  • Haha before I saw the comments, I was going to mention the flaws of this video, which people are supposed to learn from. But I'm glad to know I'm not the only person seeing the nonsense here :P

  • Not a good instructional. No explanation plus the demonstrators don't have good form. The guy at the end was the worst in terms of improper set up and his hips rise first and then his shoulders. They should move together until the hips reach the top.
