Theres only one explanation. Creed is really William Charles Schneider but due to his massive debt, he killed someone named Creed Bratton so he could take there identity and not have his debt.
@Jspang16 One correction, he only killed Creed Bratton bc he stole from William Charles Schneider, which then provoked him to steal his Identity, and leave his debt behind hahaha
I think his head is just still goofy from all the drugs he did in the 60s while having sex in the mud with multiple women (and maybe men- no way of knowing). I don't think he killed anyone.
They should do an office spin off: The Untold Life of Creed Bratton, where he's some crazy Dexter-like serial killer and its just completely different from the office just cause it'd be funny
i think the whole running gag with creed is that you are not supposed to know what he does. like the worm guy thing. why the fuck would he need worms? part of the joke is left to your imagination, and thats why it works.

Creed for obvious reasons, As corny as it is I would like to see Pam and Jim's life start. Stanley(He does have two lovers and what by now would be a legal daughter in terms of show age). And maybe Meredith
