Nice, what speed are you milling at. From looking at collet size and estimating against my own machine I'd say this is between 1000 - 2000 mm/min ?

Too bad you did not show the end product. This looks to be half of a mold - would be nice to see a complete product.

It's milling at 2800 mm/min

I can't show the finished product because the customer doesn't want to.

It was a prototype of an injected plastic product, material Nylon PA 66 at 30% fiberglass

ne ho viste molte con motori passo-passo ma questa le batte tutte ovviamente.

Sarei curioso di sapere approssimativamente il costo e le catatteristiche dell'elettronica e dei motori.

Domanda difficile visto che probabilmente si tratta di segreto di stato :)

Grazie per i coplimenti.

Direi che assolutamente non è un segreto...

I motori sono dei brushless da 2,7 Nm di coppia costante e 11Nm di picco ed encoder nativo da 2048impulsi giro.

Il costo approssimativo ad asse è di circa 800€+iva per motori e driver
