@Efreeti Sorry to hear that WMG filed a takedown notice but it's possible for HBO to own the copyright or license to the complete video and audio while the audio is sub-licensed out to WMG (which would explain why Youtube only removed the sound). Claiming that WMG doesn't own the copyright license is pointless anyway because the only effective counter notice to a take down notice is one where you can assert ownership of the copyright or copyright license yourself.
