@tenchiCBR I have experience under my belt, I am very responsible and very cautious of my actions, so I will be fine. Thanks for looking out for me. I think all riders need to be like yourself, @thiskory99 (taking 23 months before making the move) and myself.
Honestly, dont listen to people saying "unless you've ridden for many years you shouldny get a 1000" I just started riding this past summer on a ninja 250 and I honestly feel just as comfortable riding my dads 1200
@TheRealFuzzySalsaa Damn, dude. 250 to 1200 is a huge step. Different riding style completely, that would scare the hell outa me, but I guess that's coming from a guy who's only ridden a 50cc trail bike and a moped lolol. I would honestly be scared to get on a 600cc at this point. Can't wait to get my 250 baby!!

i went from the ninja 250 2009 to an 07 honda cbr 600rr. and OMG. it's absolutely amazing. no more full pegged out throttle just to keep up with other sport bikes :D
@StreetFighterCalum haha yeah I didn't even realize I said that until just now. Sometimes when you're riding a bike you say things funny because you're focused on riding :P or maybe it's just me.. Haha
i had the same feelings about my 250. i am very happy with my 600cc gsxr now. theres plenty of power and a great ride FI rocks. carbed is a real annoyance

The CBR600RR is a great bike! I got my 07 for $3700 with 7250 miles. I got really lucky. Good luck with your search :).

Get the 600cc, you'll love it.
I have a sv650 that I started on and only really road it for 3 months before I bought a GSXR 750.
I have both for sale because I want a 1000.
