The Reboot is amazing, and does a great service to the original. And the fact that it's a sort of psuedo sequel makes it even cooler. Shame that the CN wouldn't let them make a long intro like this, but hopefully they'll release a long version online.

It wont replace the original that is a fact but it wont hurt to revamp it they didn't ruin it most ThunderCat fans applaud the remake I am one they did an awesome job. Even the original voice of Lion-O is in the new one as Lion-O's father he plays King Claudus.

To all the people writing negative comments, did you even pay attention to the new storyline? It makes much more sense then the original and I think will play out well in the long run. Thundera is no longer a planet but the largest city on Third Earth, just like the original however, Thundera is destroyed so now their mission is to take back their home, it makes sense! And if you look back to the original, as great as it was and still is, there were still storyline defects, give it a chance.

The remake is SOOOOO good, that I'm a little afraid to learn more about it by watching the old version. Pick you're favorite comic book character ever- now think of their first appearance- it's great old classic nostalgia, but chances are the new stuff they're doing with your favorite character is bigger and better than ever. If this new series is like Dark Knight, then is the old series like Batman: TAS, or like Adam West, or some other inferior Batman? Or is it like Mask of the Phantasm? 8D oO

@lchow95 First Tygra and Lion-o don't hate each other they have a fierce sibling rivalry. They are already on third earth and Panthro is just M.I.A there is no solid evidence that he is dead. This series is obviously about the decendents of the original Thundercats. If your jadedness had not blinded you you would have noticed these things. The series so far is well paced and well written and a great representation and we have yet to see what is in store. I recommend you give it another chance.
