To find your demographic feature, hit the account button on the upper right, then hit your videos, then select the insight button for whatever video your interested in. You then can see how much the video has been watched, which countries are watching it (popularity), demographics (though it doesn't provide it for all of the individual countries), and how people are finding your videos. It's pretty cool. You can stalk somebody in Mongolia and see how they found your video (hint: good tags).
