I kinda lost touch with Cold after the split, but I re-discovered them recently and this album is fantastic, I love it almost as much as Year of the Spider. So glad they got back together to make this and hope there is much more to come!

We all got our own taste in music and I respect that but simply spouting out “THIS BAND SUCKS NOW” and “THIS ALBUM IS SUCH CRAP” all because they experimented a little and did something new is pretty immature. You can’t expect a band to stay the same forever and release the same stuff over and over again. This album’s nice change of pace and as true fans you got to allow a band to try something new and hope that they kept their fans in mind while making it. In my opinion ...THIS ALBUMS ROCKS!!

Their sound has really changed over the year - sounds more canned, studio-produced. I miss the guttural vocals of Scooter, the raw instrumentals. This music isn't bad, but I almost wish they'd produce under a new name.

@MrsBadExample I agree, Cold sounds much better raw. A different kind of pain sounded very emo. Cold is dark and raw, not emo. The less technology and producers get involved the better.

This, Wicked World, and Welcome2MyWorld sound like great songs! Heard the samples for the album. So far those 3 sound the best but I guess I'll have to hear the whole songs first before I can judge how good the other songs are. Otherwise, it's good to hear a new material from Cold.
