The game is awesome I play halo and cod I know it's not like em it's fun in it's on way u just got to get used to it sand play with people not bots and it will b fun! So stop ur damn bitching that it's not like halo or cod!
If you are PC gamer then dont buy this game because its another 'for consoles' made garbage!!! SP is alright but you'll get bored in the first hour and the AI is so easy and dumb even on the hard difficulty. There is about plus&minus 28 customizable guns (silencers/barrel tips, grips, sights, magazines) with 0 accuracy. Gameplay is totally disappointing due to lag ridiculous arcade movements even the free run(parkour) does what ever it wants. I am hitting myself to my head for buying this game.
It would of been cool if Brink acually had a fucking storyline to explain this shit. All it has is some shitty voice over and some nonsensical reason to fight. Way to half ass it Bethesda.

@8BitAnims I was not comparing anything to CoD. One of the biggest problems with people is that they compare everything to Battlefield or Call of duty. Call of duty had a minor story line in the campaign. Even though the plot sucked it had one. All brink has as a campaign is the same maps as online play but only with bots. Originality is what the industry need but Brink failed on so many levels. The game was horribly executed and I hate it because I wanted it to be good.
I love the COD fanboys who will back the game series up til the day they die but I'll hop on for a few matches and completely blast them to shit then go play a real game experience.Such a mindless waste of time.Might check this out he seems to be sick of the bullshit in the gaming world these days also.

Depending which way you see it, you're either Good or Bad. Both sides have their equal reasons for what they fight for... And you're not forced to play either side, you choose at the beginning of the game.

So let me get this straight, the story roughly goes like this, right?
This place, the Ark, which was supposed to sustain a population of about 5,000 people now houses like 50,000 because many fled to the Ark. But said refugees don’t get equal treatment (like supplies) even though they are the ones keeping the Ark afloat (!) by doing dangerous maintenance work.
Why the fuck aren’t they just striking? If they ensure the survival of everyone on the Ark, they’ve got a great bargaining position.
Is there going to be regular game types like tmd??? Also i heard this game isnt going to have dedicated servers so i just hope there isnt lag and hit detection is good

It's 2011, the beginning of a new decade, and I think Brink is the first in a new generation of games that really step it up to meet the expectations of this age in gaming. Skyrim seems like it'll be another, when it comes out. Could be wrong, but I'm usually pretty accurate with my opinions. All I know is Brink is the first game I ever pre ordered and I'm really looking forward to May 17.

You don’t necessarily need fast reflexes. My “skills” in this area aren’t the best either which is why I am A) either taking it easy and sniping across the map or B) getting behind the enemy lines and stabbing these unsuspecting guys in the back. Because I am not the only one who enjoys playing way A there are plenty of victims for me when I decide to go play way B.
You don’t have to be in the middle of the fights to have fun in COD, that’s just polarizing on their side.

@captiankeegkeeg May 17th 2011 us and i think may 20th 2011 in europe. idk about europe but definite date in us. already pre-ordered. it sucks to wait a year but think how much better they probably made the game in a year. hopefully less flaws, although the game sounds flawless! :)

It's 2011, the beginning of a new decade, and I think Brink is the first in a new generation of games that really step it up to meet the expectations of this age in gaming. Skyrim seems like it'll be another, when it comes out. Could be wrong, but I'm usually pretty accurate with my opinions. All I know is Brink is the first game I ever pre ordered and I'm really looking forward to May 17.

You don’t necessarily need fast reflexes. My “skills” in this area aren’t the best either which is why I am A) either taking it easy and sniping across the map or B) getting behind the enemy lines and stabbing these unsuspecting guys in the back. Because I am not the only one who enjoys playing way A there are plenty of victims for me when I decide to go play way B.
You don’t have to be in the middle of the fights to have fun in COD, that’s just polarizing on their side.
