i wonder why everyone is doing Flowfit so slowly. Is it because you r still learning and make sure you have your form right or is it how it is supposed to be done slow like this? i don't know anything about flowfit and considering getting into it,

@namnguyen1969 The reason is when you have your flowfit exam for CST, you have to do at least 1 round a minute.
