@NeoLynchFitness Thats impressive, since getting my abs back into shape i've done some pretty intense ab workouts that lasted up to an hour but none as crazy as this! How long does this workout take you to do?
@theRAVline Hey, this workout took me over an hour to do not including cardio - though I made a few modifications since I couldn't do the resistance band leg lifts or sit-ups. I used a pulley machine to do those, and added on a 10 minute plank variation workout at the beginning. I'm a gymnast and so I'm used to really intense ab workouts; and this one was great!
You should make sure to allow your muscle groups to rest for 24 hours. I would suggest doing this ab workout on a day where you don't normally do abs. Just focus one day on training your abs and allow them to rest for a day before doing other ab work. Also, to really get a 6 pack you'll have to focus on what you eat. EAT CLEAN!!!
How often do you do this workout? I'm tryna get a 6 pack in a month. At a 4 pack now. I'm doing 'Insanity' ... but wasn't sure if adding this ab workout every day was a little too much.
I'll go through everything like a circuit. All the stability ball reps I'd do 1 set of everything then rest about 30 seconds. Then move to on the next section: like at the bench go through all of those reps then rest in between sets.
You was most definitely gettin in im jealous you have me inspired to get it in am gonna start working these abs again thanks Neo
P.S you looking sexy as hell doing it

@theRAVline I tried this workout out, and it took me a over an hour - though I added on a 10 minute plank routine on top of the other exercises.

the sound is disabled on this video. I was wondering if you do all the excercises in the same day. seems like a lot of reps!!
