I love watching your videos sir. Its so refreshing to hear someone who isn't so obsessed with their ideology that they are blinded and refuse to ever admit that their side made a mistake. Your very interesting to listen to.
Sorry if this seems ignorant but what is a 'Bubba'? Is it some sort of slang for a kind of redneck?
Oh and yeah ... I know exactly what you mean about that attitude with Palin. It seems to me as if she's tense, on the edge ... and I bet its because she's feeling a bit like she's been thrown in the deep end of politics. Biden, McCain & Obama are all far more experienced campaigners & debaters then her ... so she's probably having a lot of force fed education on the above.
There is no way I would want Sarah Palin as president either! She's not remotely close to being qualified to serve as president of the United States. Not to mention she won't give straight answers in debates and I disagree with her on just about every issue.
What do you think the bailout is? A massive reorganization of wealth due to cooperation and union of business and government. That's the basic definition of fascism, union of corporation and government. We all know who put his campaign on hold to support that. The issue is that both candidates are pretty awful for most of the country. You should probably look in to the Libertarian or Constitution party if you want to actually have a conservative candidate.
Well, we certainly agree on the need for a true conservative candidate.
I'm no die-hard mccain guy. But conservatives voting third party is handing the election to Nobama.
The bailout is a hussle of the middle class taxpayer, no doubt. But it is the emergency hand.
Nobama will make such actions his policy. Moreover, we'll all be forced to exchange freedom for "fairness" - fairness as defined by radicals, racists, and idiots. (read Al Gore, J. wright, H. Reid, etc).
Well, we sort of agree. I believe that a true conservative candidate would be better than the corporate choices we have now, and I believe that a true liberal candidate would be better than what we have now. Both would shift power and control to the hands of the people, though by different means. I just think that people should stand up for what they really believe in and be brave. The only way we will stop having poor choices in the major parties is by supporting the third parties.
I would love to see a change like that in American politics but I just don't see it happening. Over here, the right-wingers (ironically called Liberals) lost the last election to the Left in a land-slide and I couldn't have been happier. Because the conservatives here stand for nothing, except for maybe brown-nosing corporate Australia until they get another TV ad. But the Libertarians in the US actually make sense to me. I wouldn't vote for them. but they certainly don't stink like Republicans.
I agree on the Libertarians. One of our biggest challenges is reform of the two party system. We need to be able to pick the best choice rather than just 1 of two choices... Thanks.
Well the first thing then is to campaign for removing the electoral college system. Just because the majority in your state always votes one way doesn't mean your vote shouldn't count!
The National Socialist party in Germany was anything but Socialist. The Nazi movement was fascist and with Hitler as Dictator practiced totalitarianism. You referred to Obama as a Nazi Socialist. You sir, teach nothing but slander.
After many years of being a loyal republican, this year I just cant bring myself to vote for McCain. I just cant over look his persistence in telling lies to misguide people. It makes a mockery out of our whole democratic system which our forefathers fought so hard to keep & create, no true Christian would do this. So this year for the first time, i'm voting democrats. Its the only way I know I'll sleep easy at night, knowing I went against my norm to vote for the better candidate.
See, I don't disagree that she'd be frightening as president but I'm not worried about her being straight-laced. Upright and moral (except in cases of rape or incest) are perfectly valid attributes for a president. But I don't believe for a moment that Palin isn't truly gunning to be President. She's practically unable to string a coherent sentence together so I'm hoping she won't get close. Our country deserves the best candidate and there's no doubt that Obama fits the bill better than McCain.
Bravo Tony. Very tongue in cheek and right to the heart of the matter. She is a very uptight and uneducated person. This shows in all her appearances. The female Dubya without a doubt. Her insecurity and lack of knowledege on the issues of the day, make her a very dangerous candidate indeed. From a Bubba for Obama in NYC.
BuelahMan, you fail to realize that such a silly argument as "Down with the 2-party system" doesn't acknowledge the very certain fact that right now, the Democrats vs. Republicans dichotomy is truly the only thing the US has. To say that it needs to change is an obvious but completely idealistic statement that ignores the fact only these 2 parties have any power and that, to get anything done, you have to vote with one of them. And your saying that they're the same on all issues worries me.
Clinton was also a Governer, and he rose to the occasion (oops)as a President. He brought prosperity, good family values, never attacked a foreign country (ask the Bosnians), was a health nut (drank Whitewater brand distilled-water),ate well (ask Monica), and always told the truth when not under oath. Obama also has a clean slate he'd be a great President.
My friend good to see again.I think she is an insult to all the Joe six packs and Hockey Mamas. Never mind her brains taht gone vacationing long time ago. She is like Michael Jackson carrying her child all around.. she makes me puke.
Its official The Reluctant Redneck is officially back with two new videos in less than a week! You should totally submit your idea to SNL. The funniest Redneck on the planet! Thanks again for the video.
...and just when I thought nobody could possibly spew more ridiculous nonsense than Palin does - then you come along and prove me wrong. You are worried about "that time of the month" affecting her judgment? What is your excuse for your bad judgment in saying something so stupid??
I like a lot of the things Ralph says, but it's too important to spend a vote on two party system protest. We need to worry about the Supreme Court appointments...
I disagree. I learned a long time ago that if the wind is blowing in your face, you turn the other way. Until we have a change in our laws, a third party candidate doesn't have a chance to win. That's why it's a protest vote. I'm not saying a protest vote is wasted. It may be necessary to get the kind of change we need to the two party system. I just think if the roof is blowing off the house, you deal with it first. IMO, the roof is blowing off...
The fact is that there is NO law making this a two party system. When the corporation, The Commission on Presidential Debates, took control of the debates, (it is headed by a Republican and a Democrat... how convenient) over the League of Women Voters, the true corptocracy took control. There are no laws, just the sheeple who believe the illusion as truth.
The protest should be that so many people believe what you are suggesting.
Perhaps you think this is just wind blowing in our faces. But, either of those Big Two are the same stinking wind coming from the pig farm.
You say the roof is getting blown off and I am saying Obama will make no difference in helping it get back on.
Obama and McCain are virtually the same on every issue of substance.
Just look at the issues and explain how Obama is better. More military. Continued presence in Iraq. Arm flexing the military towards Iran, Georgia. Bail out.
It's just not true. The supreme court will require two or three appointments during the tenure of the next president. I don't want more like C. Thomas...

Protest?
How about voting for the best candidate.
You just highlighted the dilemma of America's brainwashing... agreeing that this is a two party system.
Perhaps if more people were to think and vote their issues, instead of the MSM meme, we could have a decent country.
But it won't happen when rednecks are so gullible to believe what the CPD (and the two party erroneous system) feeds them at every avenue.
My point?
You fell for it... to the detriment of our country.
