The School of the Americas had trained foreign troops that went back to their countries & used the knowlege to commit crimes. That's my concern about the school.
TFP, i enjoy watching your videos. You all take a stand for God. Your fighting the good fight!
Separation of Church and State in the United States is the only America I will ever support. The Constitution: Freedom of Religion and Freedom from Religion too. How about an Amen to that?!
The "good Father Roy" The same one who likes Chavez as a "liberator of the poor people." The SOA Watch is a typical leftist ploy to undermine the good that is done by our military. These "good people" never seem to mention the 120,000 victims of Communism, many of whom were killed by the very leftist terrorists that the SOA is training people to fight. Could someone please put up the numbers. How many innocent people were killed by trained SOA graduates vs. by trained communist guerrillas.
Katherine's policies killed more jews per capita in 40 years than Hitler did in his fuhrership. I'm not arguing whether Hitler's actions were heinous; even unChristian. It is a fact though that he courted the Lutheran church heavily, including attending services of helpful ministers and Synod leaders very regularly. I've been told that Hitler went to church more often than Ronald Reagan but I don't have any facts to support that.
@kuefstein It certainly does not make sense to compare them. I would wonder why some people think that every problem in the last 2000 years stems from the Catholic Church. Do I think that there were some problems? Yes. Do I think that the Middle Ages were an extension of the Dark Ages? No. It was a time of prosperity and the Crusades were a defensive war. The Eastern Empire asked the Holy Roman Empire to help them out so Urban II did what F.D.R. did in WWII. He helped out his ally.
@lonelygirlI5 Name one policy that killed Jews. I am a history major and two semesters into my college studies my History professor was bashing the Catholic Church right and left. According to him the Middle Ages was a period of darkness and the cause of that darkness was the Catholic Church. Yet when I asked him if it was so dark then how was it that they started universities, hospitals, they invented the plow, books, libraries, pulleys, medicine... etc. he couldn't answer me.
If someone did very unlutheran things but attended a lutheran church every single sunday morning I'm positive that neither you nor I would be allowed to state as fact that they don't believe. We can call hypocrisy, but NOT disbelief.
the fact some peolpe think it is the hitler yoputh joust showes their bad level of education as the Nazis hated everything that hate to do with religion.
Hitler was a Lutheran and very serious about his religion. Wrong as he was, he saw his entire movement as an extention of the Crusades. The parallels are immense.
wow, where on earth did you see facts even close to that? Hitler was very serious about his Lutheranism. He may have done very "unLutheran" things and he may have even twisted Lutheranism to meet his own shitty logic but that doesn't for a millisecond show him disbelieving.
Lutheran nothing! There were no "Lutherans" during the times of the Crusades. They all were "Christians", and for being so, tortured, slaughtered, massacred and fed to the lions for pagan entertainment.
@lonelygirlI5 No he did not. He said that he will have a Third Reich and he compared it to the Roman Empire. He would never compare the Third Reich to the Crusades. If he did then why did he kill over 3.5 million Catholics? The Cursades were over a good 7 or 8 hundred years before Hitler so it couldn't possibly be an extension of the Crusades. Why is it that many people, like you it would seem, think that all of the problems stem from the Catholic Church? And what makes the Crusades Terrible?

Trust me my grandfather is an author and wrote a lot about the 3. reich.
he was not attending church. the nazis tried to fight religion were ever they could.
Compairing Christoper Columbus with Hitler is as stupid as saying Jesus was like Mohammed.
And Katharina of Aragon was a Queen.

well if you do not have a source for that it is difficult to believe it.
Compairing of historical personalities of all time is useless.
How many jews where kliied by the romans would be the next step to talk about.
Where do you want to stop that?
5000 before Christ?
History is too important to use it for ideologies.
As there is no direkt connection between Katharina of Aragon and Hitler it makes no sence compairing them

@ lonelygirl5:
it seems that you do not want to understand.
doing things that are not lutheranian e.g. shows that a person does not believe at all anything about chistianity.
Hitler was like that, he hated everything about religion.
believe it or not its the truth and if you do some research you will find enough things to prove my comments.

Many people have a religion on paper but do not care about it.
so was hitler he might have been a lutheranian on paper but he did not believe in it.
He tried to create his own religion.
He didn't care about people who really believed.
religion was never a part of the nazi propaganda, no it was it's biggest enemy at all time.
if you try to look a bit arround it is easy to find enough facts therefore.

An extension of the Crusades?
So, that's why he allied with the muslims to exterminate the Jews?
SendNoSpam1 4 years ago
I suppose you don't believe a Lutheran could POSSIBLY do something like that... It's likely not worth even attempting dialogue with the you then...

Most Jews were murdered during World War Two, under Muslim provocation, practice and daily deed.

When did the Crusades end?
lonelygirlI5 4 years ago
1492, when Columbus sailed the 'ocean blue', the same year the muslam tyrant occupiers were forced out of Spain.
SendNoSpam1 4 years ago
Wow, how did I know you'd say that.
Many say it ended 1580. Others have different
years, I suggest it's 20jan08.

Wouldn't Jesus want you to stop being so demonstrative and flamboyant? It's blasphemous. You should be much more private and contemplative.

Was Jesus "public and contemplative" when He drove the moneychangers out of the Temple?
